- ➤ Two men accused of faking documents to look like U.S. citizens were arrested on March 21 at Bryan East by Homeland Security agents working for Sys-Kool—an Omaha company that serves Bryan Health—and the investigation into false social security numbers will continue. KOLN
- ➤ Lincoln police arrested 32-year-old Zacharia Hughes for suspected meth dealing on Tuesday after officers spotted his vehicle with stolen license plates near 14th and Adams at 8:45 p.m.—they followed his car to a restaurant near 27th and W where they seized suspected meth, MSM, prescription bottles, two knives, bolt cutters and a pry bar. - ➤ A judge ruled Wednesday that there is enough evidence to try the 18-year-old man accused of shooting a woman at a north Lincoln gas station on Sept. 7—surveillance video showed him firing a rifle at the scene, and a 21-year-old man who drove him will face multiple felony charges with a court hearing on April 29.
