- ➤ Nebraska DHHS director Tony Green said families are potentially gaming the new InterRAI tool to reach higher funding tiers for developmental disabilities, while Rhonda Schlegle’s shared living provider claims that 400 pages of medical evidence were not enough to secure correct funding and her appeal is now pending in district court. - ➤ Yesterday at the developmental disabilities committee meeting in Lincoln, DHHS official Tony Green said some families using waivers may be gaming the InterRAI tool for more funding, while a shared living provider said 400 pages of documents did not change a patient's tier and led to a district court appeal.
