Dillion Kamm, 23, lost control of his pickup near North 84th Street and Davey Road Friday night while driving with three passengers from Ulysses and was ejected, leaving one front-seat passenger with a broken hand and two back-seat passengers with minor injuries; he was critically injured and flown to the hospital after a day of fishing and drinking in Seward & Lancaster County.

A 77-year-old (James Hedrick) died over a month after his SUV collided with another vehicle near North 17th and P streets that caused his car to hit a post; police said an autopsy will determine his cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.

Lincoln Southwest High School graduates Ava Spinar and Drew Snyder were accepted to Harvard Medical School—a program with a 3% acceptance rate.
