- ➤ Col. Bryan D. Waugh will be sworn in as the 19th Superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol today at 3 p.m. at Headquarters on Innovation Drive—Governor Jim Pillen and Lt. Governor Joe Kelly will speak at the ceremony as he replaces Col. John Bolduc who retired in May. KOLN
