CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Nebraska State Patrol troopers arrested Travis Knipp, 29, after a high-speed pursuit near Lincoln that began on I-80 when a trooper attempted to stop his motorcycle with no license plates — the chase on Highway 77 ended when his bike ran out of gas, and he was charged with flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, and traffic violations. - ➤ Former police officer Spilker sued the city for not addressing her claims of sex discrimination, and both sides argued over how many depositions should be allowed.
