Lincoln’s Museum of American Speed was named the best motor racing museum by Newsweek readers, and the museum spans 300,000 square feet showing over 480 cars that tell the story of American racing.

UNL Chancellor Rodney Bennett announced Friday a plan to cut the university budget by $27.5 million for Fiscal Year 2026.
