- ➤ Lincoln Transportation and Utilities announced Monday that paratransit riders can now plan trips up to seven days in advance using the VANLNK mobile app — riders receive confirmation by phone or text and may also reserve rides by calling the Paratransit Office. - ➤ Gov. Jim Pillen said he is open to changing Nebraska’s congressional maps in the middle of the decade even though most lawmakers do not support the idea.
