- ➤ Fake Facebook profiles have used Husker names—mentioning quarterback Dylan Raiola and head coach Matt Rhule—to post false stories that claim the players are involved in heartwarming acts like opening a food pantry, which has confused fans. Nebraska Now

- ➤ Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird announced that Lincoln will temporarily rename a portion of Canopy Street as James Valentine Blvd to honor the hometown lead guitarist for Maroon 5, who performs later today at Pinnacle Bank Arena. - ➤ The 2025 Heartland Havoc Wrestling Tournament will take place Nov 8-9 at Sandhills Global Event Center in Lincoln and features divisions for boys and girls from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
