- ➤ Fans of all ages gathered at Sandhills Event Center over the weekend to enjoy Brick Days, which featured impressive LEGO creations like a giant castle and a team-built Great Ball Contraption. - ➤ The Nebraska AgrAbility program, which helps farmers with disabilities by providing modified tools to keep them in the field, is at risk as budget cuts and a grant lapse may end its funding in the near future—officials plan to seek new money to maintain support for farmers like Eric Fass. - ➤ The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services said Friday it distributed the remaining November SNAP benefits to all recipients in Lincoln, ensuring households received their full allocation for the month. - ➤ A University of Nebraska‐Lincoln study found that about one in four overdose deaths reported from 2014 to 2020 did not list a specific drug—data that hampers local health officials from targeting lifesaving treatments.
